MRE would like to thank all those who came out to Dull Homestead on October 15th. On a day with plenty of wind and sun, MRE and GM demonstrated how Hydrogen from renewable energy will change the future of transportation. Our company continues to make great strides in technology that makes hydrogen creation, storage, and dispensing affordable for all. The 15th was a great opportunity for us to showcase our technology. Our AutoArk 55 and SHFA were on display and did not disappoint! Please check out the still images and links to the media coverage.

With support from companies like GM, Cisco, and CSA America we hope to continue our efforts to provide solutions to solving our dependency on fossil fuels. There is much more on the horizon for MRE, stay tuned…….

Press Release

Millennium Reign Energy LLC is demonstrating the ability to use hydrogen today as a transportation fuel. Come to the Dull Homestead, just north of Brookville, Ohio, on Saturday, October 15th, 2011, from 10 am to 3 pm to witness hydrogen fueling and experience a Chevrolet Fuel Cell vehicle provided by General Motors.

Chevrolet Equinox Fuel Cell Vehicle

Millennium Reign Energy LLC (MRE), located in Englewood, Ohio has been developing products to build the hydrogen fueling infrastructure for the past 8 years. This demonstration will showcase MRE’s hydrogen production appliance called the AutoARK® (a patent pending, automated, passive alkaline water electrolysis unit that co-generates heat) as well as its one-of-a-kind proprietary Scalable Hydrogen Fueling Appliance (SHFA) that compresses, stores and dispenses hydrogen into vehicles.

The Chevrolet Fuel Cell vehicle is one of a fleet of over 100 fuel cell vehicles that GM has had on the road in a trial program called Project Driveway since 2007 with over 2 million miles logged.

The two companies’ products will show that this combination of infrastructure and vehicle technologies is here and ready now. Through education and live demonstration, MRE hopes to gain consideration from consumers, businesses and government for deployment of its hydrogen production and dispensing technologies.

This event will provide the chance to see hydrogen production and fueling and to experience a fuel cell vehicle. As part of the education we will show how fuel cell based forklifts are also a reality now.

Building hydrogen infrastructure is critical. Gasoline prices are high and looking to go even higher due to global oil production constraints and sharply increasing demand in China and India. The timing is right to begin changing our transportation fuel sources. MRE’s hydrogen generators are essential in that they can make hydrogen cost effectively and run off of electricity produced from renewable sources. The Dull Homestead is a unique facility with wind and solar driving MRE’s AutoARK® and SHFA. The AutoARK® also uses waste heat to assist in heating the building with a heat exchanger. Renewable hydrogen is a green and sustainable fuel source, and building the future hydrogen infrastructure could provide thousands of green jobs in the Dayton area while transitioning to an environmentally friendly fuel.

Event Schedule

Ride from 10 am till noon.

12:15 pm select speakers from GM and MRE will discuss the technology and a future with hydrogen. 1:00 pm till about 2:30 more ride opportunities.

When

Saturday October 15th at 10 AM till 3 PM

Where

The Dull Homestead, 10404 National Road, Brookville, Ohio 45309

The Green Energy Center, located at the Dull Homestead near Brookville, Ohio, is a renewable energy center dedicated to public education and the advancement of sustainable energy and clean fuels. The center established in 2006, is one of a few worldwide that combines wind and solar, with hydrogen, to power and heat the facility. There is a 22 KW solar array located on the roof, six (10 KW) wind turbines, a 3.5 KW vertical axis wind turbine, and an AutoARK® 55 on site. MRE has also installed a SHFA (Scalable Hydrogen Fueling Appliance) that is supplied with hydrogen produced by the AutoARK® 55.

The partnership between the Green Energy Center at Dull Homestead and Millennium Reign Energy has been an inspiring one. Together they have helped thousands of people become more aware of the benefits of renewable energy. In an ongoing effort to fuel their educational initiative the center provides space for other organizations and companies throughout Ohio. Representatives from Green Energy Ohio, Energy Wise Solar, Kevin Mote Fuels, Third Wind and many others display educational information on site. This material along side MRE’s AutoARK® generators, and each of the solar and wind components tell a compelling story. The future is here, come see it!

A first hand experience of the potential for hydrogen from wind and solar.
